These terms govern your use of trymrjoint.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Habbi Mobile Limited. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell
The Mrjoint Knee Brace — a wearable knee support.
It is not a medical device, and it is not a treatment for any condition. Please read our Health Disclaimer before ordering.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we detect fraud, or if a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place the order.
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe (card) or PayPal. We do not store your card number.
For deliveries outside Hong Kong, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping and returns
Covered in full in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. In short: dispatch within 24 to 48 hours, tracking on every order, 60-day returns.
Using the brace
Follow the fitting instructions provided. Do not fasten the straps tightly enough to restrict circulation. Do not wear it over open wounds or broken skin. If it causes numbness, tingling, increased pain, or skin irritation, take it off and speak to a healthcare professional.

The text, images, product design, and the Mrjoint name are owned by Habbi Mobile Limited. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Where you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
