The terms governing use of trymrjoint.com and any purchase made from it.

These terms govern your use of trymrjoint.com (the "site") and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Habbi Mobile Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, subscribing to our emails, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Please read them alongside our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Health Disclaimer. Together they form the agreement between us.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate and your own.

We do not require you to create an account. Orders are placed as a guest, using the details you enter at checkout.

What we sell

The Mrjoint Knee Brace — a wearable knee support.

It is not a medical device, and it is not a treatment, cure, or diagnosis for any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer before ordering, and speak to a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation.

Safe use of the product

Follow the fitting instructions supplied with the brace.

  • Do not fasten the straps tightly enough to restrict circulation.
  • Do not wear it over open wounds or broken skin.
  • Do not use it in place of care advised by a healthcare professional.

If wearing it causes numbness, tingling, increased pain, swelling, or skin irritation, take it off and speak to a healthcare professional. Stop using a brace that is visibly damaged.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email — not when you submit the checkout form, and not when payment is authorised.

We may decline or cancel an order, including after payment, if:

  • the item is out of stock;
  • there was an error in the price or product description;
  • we are unable to ship to your address;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse; or
  • we cannot verify the details you gave us.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full. That refund is our entire liability for a cancelled order.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you place it — a later change does not affect an order already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe (card) or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number; those details go directly to the payment provider, and their own terms and privacy practices apply to that step.

Shipping is free on every order. For deliveries outside Hong Kong, import duties and taxes are set by the destination country, are not included in the price, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them and cannot refund them.

Discount codes and promotions

From time to time we issue discount codes, including the welcome code sent to confirmed email subscribers.

  • One code per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other.
  • A code applies to the product price only, and has no cash value.
  • Unless we state otherwise, a code may be withdrawn or expired at any time. The code that applies is the one valid at the moment you place the order.
  • We may cancel an order and refuse a code where it has been obtained or used abusively — for example through bulk or automated signups, or by using an email address that is not yours.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

These are set out in full in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy. In summary:

  • Processing in 1 to 5 business days, then 3 to 7 business days delivery in the US and 7 to 25 internationally; tracking on every order; shipping free and insured in transit.
  • 60 days from delivery to return the brace for a refund, for any reason.
  • A 180-day warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects, covering replacement.

Where those policies and this page differ on shipping, returns, or warranty, those policies take precedence — they are the more detailed statement of the same commitments.

Emails and marketing

If you subscribe to our emails, we send a confirmation message first and only add you to the list once you click the link in it. We do this so that an address is never subscribed by someone who does not own it.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages about an order you have placed — order confirmations, shipping notifications, and refund notices are part of fulfilling your purchase.

Reviews and customer content

Customer reviews on this site describe individual experience. They are published as written, they are not medical advice, and they do not predict the result you will get.

If you submit a review or any other content, you confirm that it is your genuine experience and that it is yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display, and reproduce it on the site and in our marketing. We may decline to publish, or remove, content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that makes a medical claim we cannot substantiate. We are under no obligation to publish anything you send us.

Acceptable use

You may use this site to learn about and buy our products. You may not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose, or to encourage anyone else to;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its infrastructure;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other accounts, or our systems;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission;
  • upload malicious code, or use the site to transmit spam;
  • impersonate another person, or submit an email address that is not yours; or
  • resell our products as new or authorised without our written agreement.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section.

Accuracy of information on the site

We work to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate and current, but the site may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We may correct any error and change or update information at any time without notice, including after you have submitted an order. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Product photography is representative. Minor variation in colour and finish is normal and is not a defect.

Our content and intellectual property

The text, images, page design, product design, and the Mrjoint name and logo are owned by Habbi Mobile Limited or used under licence.

You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use it commercially — including for a competing product listing or store — without our written permission.

The site relies on third-party services, including payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery, and hosting. Your use of those services in connection with your order may also be subject to their terms.

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Anything you do on a third-party site is between you and that site.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content on it is accurate or complete.

This does not affect the 180-day product warranty or the 60-day return right described above, or any warranty or right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or under any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to loss caused by our own breach or negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw the site, or refuse service, at any time. These terms continue to apply to any order you placed before that point.

The sections that by their nature should survive — intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply after our relationship ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.

The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it. A later change does not alter an order already placed.

General

  • Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies linked at the top, are the whole agreement between us about your use of the site and your order.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a business reorganisation, without reducing your rights.
  • Language. These terms are written in English, and the English version governs.

Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from an order, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not remove any mandatory protection available to you under the law of that country, and it does not prevent you from bringing proceedings there where the law gives you that right.

Before starting any formal proceedings, please email us — most issues are resolved quickly and directly.
