If your country is not on that list, email support@trymrjoint.com before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver to you.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.
Delivery times
We would rather give you the real numbers than a comfortable estimate:
- Around 70% of orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
- Around 90% arrive within 14 days.
The remainder take longer. Customs, carrier backlogs, and remote delivery addresses are the usual reasons. If your order passes 14 days with no movement on the tracking, email us and we will chase it.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in the destination country.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. It is emailed to you when the order is dispatched — not when it is placed, so there may be a day or two of quiet before it arrives.
If the tracking has not updated in several days, that is usually the carrier batching scans rather than a lost parcel. If it worries you, email us and we will look into it.
If your order does not arrive
Email support@trymrjoint.com with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier. If it is lost, we send a replacement or refund you — see our Refund & Return Policy.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside Hong Kong, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are set by that country, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict them or refund them.
