Refund & Return Policy
60-day returns and a 180-day warranty on the Mrjoint Knee Brace.

60 days
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the Mrjoint Knee Brace for a refund.
We would rather you tell us it did not work for you than keep a brace you do not wear. If the fit is wrong, if it does not stay where you put it, or if you simply changed your mind — that is a valid reason.
What we need
- The brace, in a condition that shows it was worn and tested, not destroyed.
- Your order number.
We do not require the original packaging. We do not require you to explain yourself at length.
How to start a return
Email support@trymrjoint.com with your order number and a sentence about what went wrong. We reply within one business day, seven days a week.
We will send you return instructions, including the address to ship to. Do not ship a return before contacting us — a parcel that arrives without a return authorisation can take considerably longer to process.
Return shipping
Return shipping is arranged when you contact us. Where the return is due to a fault, a damaged item, or the wrong item being sent, we cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we issue the refund to the original payment method.
- Processing on our side: within 3 business days of the return arriving.
- Appearing on your statement: typically 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer. That last part is outside our control.
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong item
Email support@trymrjoint.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it. You do not need to return a damaged item before we act.
180-day warranty
Separately from the 60-day return window above, the Mrjoint Knee Brace carries a 180-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
Covered — a brace that fails in normal use: a spiral spring that snaps or deforms, stitching that comes apart, a strap or hook-and-loop fastener that stops holding.
Not covered — normal wear, such as fabric pilling or the fastener gripping less firmly after months of daily use; damage from machine washing, tumble drying, bleach, or fabric softener (the brace is hand wash cold, air dry); and damage from use other than as a knee brace.
To make a claim, email support@trymrjoint.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. If it is covered we send a replacement at no cost, and you do not need to ship the faulty brace back first.
The warranty covers replacement. If you would rather have your money back, that is the 60-day return above.
Orders that have not shipped yet
Orders are processed in 1 to 5 business days. If you contact us before the parcel is dispatched, we cancel the order and refund you in full. If it has already shipped, the 60-day return process above applies.
