Built to Stay Put. Made to Breathe.

A shoulder is round and moves in every direction, so a brace with one strap has nothing to pull against. Every part of this one is there for a reason:

  • ✓Two anchor points. A wrap around your upper arm and a buckled strap across your chest hold the brace from both sides.
  • ✓Double compression. The brace itself gives the first layer. A second panel over the shoulder lifts up, pulls snug, and presses back down with hook-and-loop, so you set how firm it feels.
  • ✓T-shaped hook-and-loop. Closures designed to keep their grip on the soft loop fabric, wash after wash.
  • ✓Perforated fabric. Small holes across the brace let heat and sweat escape on long days.

How to Wear a Shoulder Brace

Three steps — it wraps on, it does not pull on

Step 1

Wrap your upper arm

Open the hook-and-loop, place the brace over your shoulder, and close the wrap around your upper arm. It fits either side.

Step 2

Slide it into place

Slide the brace up until the top rests on the flattest part of your shoulder and the sleeve sits about halfway up your upper arm.

Step 3

Buckle across your chest

Bring the chest strap across your chest to the buckle, pull it to a comfortable snugness, and press the end down firmly.

Step 4

Set the compression panel

Lift the panel over your shoulder, pull it to the snugness you want, and press it back down. Move your arm once, then fine-tune.
